CAMPS
In
order to give our clients a true wilderness experience we position our camps well off the beaten track.
All camps are totally private and secluded. Much depends on the time of year as to where we will concentrate the camps.
The camps move ahead of the safari and are generally set up a day before the group arrives.
Camp consists of large walk-in Selous style tents with mosquito netted windows.
There is an en-suite shower and toilet tent attached at the back. Hot water can be obtained throughout the day. Each tent has proper canvas beds and duvets with fresh linen. There is a bedside table with torch, reading lamps and candles, a small luggage rack, an extra blanket and storage shelves. Outside each tent, on the ‘verandah’, is a washstand with mirror.
There is a main dining tent where breakfast, lunch or brunch and a three-course dinner are served. These
delicious meals are prepared on site with vegetables and fruit fresh. Each evening
a campfire is lit just in front of the dining tent where guests gather for drinks before and after dinner
and enjoy the beauty of an African night. Fine wines are served with dinner.
