A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. This deposit forms part of the payments for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client.
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation and full payments due 90 days prior to the first land day of the trip.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and you are required to show proof written acknowledgement of receipt by Amazing Tanzania. At the time we receive the cancellation, moneys will be refunded: less the following cancellation charges deducted from the total land only price:
91 Days or more before departure, Cancellation fees equal the amount of your deposit. 90 to 61 days before departure: 50% of the package price is non – refundable 60 to 46 days before departure -65% of the package price is non-refundable. 45 Days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable.
Please not that no partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transport etc. For any reason whatever. Amazing Tanzania’s reserve the rights to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in air fares, currency fluctuations, park fees, increases fuel surcharges, taxes etc.
It must be clearly understood that these are adventure safaris, and there are certain dangers and risks that are inevitable. While every care is taken for the safety and comfort of our clients, the company accepts no liability for all or any of the following:
Damage or loss of property of any clients, howsoever caused.
Sickness, infection, injury, or death of the clients howsoever caused.
Changes to the itinerary due to road and weather conditions.
Damage directly or indirectly arising out of delays in departure or arrival, including delays occasioned by the missing of road, rail, ship, or aircraft connections.
War and other rare calamities that may occur while on safari.
The company and its agents act only as an agents of passengers in all matters relating to hotel, Lodge/accommodation, tour transport etc. And shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place, and other country. All claims are subjected to the jurisdiction of the court of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of the services. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
